While we focus on developing strong foundation skills in Music, Chorus, Drama, and the Visual Arts, we also encourage students to experiment in their work and achieve a higher level of personal expression.
CLUBS & TRIPS
Students collaborate with faculty to design clubs based on their passions and interests which develops their leadership and organizational skills.
Each year, the Community Service Coordinator organizes initiatives directly affecting the greater community. These are undertaken on a regular basis, usually through classroom or advisory projects.

Innovators and artists from all sectors encourage students to connect big picture themes to classroom content using an interdisciplinary approach.
Rocky Hill Country Day collaborates with local and global organizations to enhance the learning experience and provide the real-world context necessary for deep learning.
Academic Center for Enrichment (ACE)
The ACE program is tailored to students needs, setting goals and working with parents and teachers to give each child the help they need.
We use a variety of techniques tailored to each child, including Orton-Gillingham, Read Naturally, Handwriting Without Tears, and more.
Students recieve accommodations in the classroom, such as extended time on tests, assistive technology, foreign language waivers, and more, as needed.
