SARAH FLYNN

ADMISSION ASSCOCIATE

Sarah joins our Admissions team with a wealth of experience in higher education, having found her passion in the student experience by working on two different sides of education; teaching and admissions.  As a substitute teacher in New Bedford, Massachusetts she was able to work with a diverse group of students and develop her skills as an educator and an effective communicator while her experiences with student involvement and admissions at Franklin Pierce University produced a love for working with students to fully immerse themselves into the learning environment.

After completing her undergraduate work in English and Educational Studies, Sarah pursued a Master’s Degree in Leadership from Franklin Pierce University. Her extensive range of experiences  in the admissions office in higher education convinced her that the admissions office is her happy place. Sarah has found great success in helping families through the application process and fostering relationships that continue. Her energy, talent and skills are well placed in the admissions department!

GRADES K–2

Our Lower School enhances the academic and social-emotional environment that is most conducive to learning, development, and growth throughout the early childhood years. The integrity of the kindergarten, first, and second grade programs ensure

  • commitment to “knowing” each student, their strengths, areas of challenge, and potential through ongoing progress monitoring
  • formation of relevant foundational skills through developmentally appropriate “best practices”
  • opportunities for students to learn in flexible groups that foster modeling and collaborative learning with peers of the same and different ages, abilities, and interests to expand academic and social-emotional experiences
