The Office of Development is committed to supporting the Mission of Rocky Hill Country Day School by cultivating relationships through engagement and philanthropy.
Conor O’Rourke joined Rocky Hill as Director of Development and Alumni Relations in July of 2022. He comes to Hopelands after a decade in advancement across independent schools and higher education in Rhode Island. Conor is an independent school graduate, having attended Canterbury School in New Milford, CT. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history with a focus in Africana Studies from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH.
While not a native Rhode Islander, Conor calls Newport home where he lives with his wife Amy. Outside of Rocky Hill, Conor is involved in his local parish finance council, as well as an active member of the Gaelic Athletic Association in Providence.
Jared began working at Rocky Hill in October 2020, after twelve years in fundraising.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from George Washington University, and his master’s of science degree in College Student Development and Counseling from Northeastern University.
Jared is a proud Rocky Hill parent of two Lower School students.
