SENE TOURNAMENT

11-8-06 Girls' Varsity Soccer vs. Lincoln   W 3-2 - Semifinals

It's hard to tell who had a good game, individually; this was the best game we've played as a team all year. Libby Hanks, Alina Petteruti, and Courtney Beaudoin had our goals, all three of them unassisted. We're on our way to the championship game this Friday!

11-10-06 Girls' Varsity Soccer vs. Marianapolis  L 0-4 - CHAMPIONSHIP GAME

This was a tough game, needless to say. It wasn't exactly the way that we had hoped to end our season, but what is important is that we made it there in the first place. Everyone played their hardest, and we quickly recoiled during our bus ride home. Sarah Pontarelli had a beautiful game with over 20 saves, and Alina Petteruti did an amazing job covering the fastest, toughest girl on the opposing team. It's incredibly hard to say just who had the best game, because I am so proud to be the manager of such a remarkably talented and hilarious soccer team. No one is going to miss these girls next year more than I am, and I just wanted to say thank you to them and to Coach Pastore and Coach Boaz as well for everything this season. – Tia Okai, Team Manager
