Alumni Reunion 2004!

A Celebration of the reunion classes of 1949, 1954, 1959, 1964, 1969,
1974, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999

Thank you to everyone who came back to Rocky Hill School for Alumni Reunion 2004!

We were pleased to welcome over 125 people to the Rocky Hill School campus on Saturday, June 5th. More than 75 alumni and 19 faculty members brought their family and friends to share in the joy of old friends and fond memories.  Alums from as far back as 1954 and as far away as California enjoyed a beautiful day that included a Champagne Stroll of campus for the Class of 1979, a cocktail reception on the lawn of Hopelands, a tour of new Upper School Academic Center, and a traditional steak dinner.

Here are a few fun facts:

  • Members of the following classes were in attendance. 1954, 1956, 1959, 1968, 1969, 1974, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1983, 1984, 1986, 1987, 1989, 1994, 1999, and 2000.
  • The Class of 1979 had 16 of 21 class members at reunion, recording the best participation by a class.
  • The Class of 1999 came in 2nd place with 12 classmates returning.
  • Guest traveled from many locations - California, Colorado, Utah, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and of course Rhode Island!

Stroll departs promptly at 3:30

4:30-5:00 Alumni Association Annual Meeting

5:00-6:30 Alumni Reunion Cocktail Reception
Honoring reunion classes ending in 4 & 9, all alumni welcome Includes:
Reunion Class Photos from 5:30-6:30
Tour of New Upper School Academic Center at 6:30

6:30 Alumni Reunion Dinner
Enjoy food and fellowship with faculty and friends from RHS Serving steak, chicken or vegetable kabob.

The Alumni Courts will be open for tennis and basketball throughout the day
