The Crest Yearbook 2008

The Rocky Hill School Crest is designed, produced, and marketed by the students in the Upper School Publication course. This year, The Crest will be produced by Elizabeth Koelle '09, Emily McNeil '08, Kristiana Moore '08, Kathryn Spremulli '08 and Jacqueline Weixel '08. The course instructor and yearbook adviser is Ms. Wilma López-Round.

Yearbook Sales

• Yearbooks are on sale all year or until all of the copies are sold.

• The theme of The Crest this year is “First-Rate”, a commonly used English expression having a nautical origin. The 2008 edition is unique in that it is the first-ever full-color yearbook for Rocky Hill School . It will be a publication that builds on the excellent reputation The Crest has earned in the past two years as a nationally recognized award-winning yearbook.

• For pricing and order information, please refer to the Order Form & Price List. Purchase of The Crest can be billed to a Rocky Hill School student account. All sponsorships and tributes can be paid by cash, check or credit card, and are tax deductible in accordance with IRS regulations. All payments are due upon receipt of the order form.

 Sponsorships and Personal & Commercial Messages

There are many ways to support the production of the yearbook beyond purchasing copies. Sponsorship and Messages are available. There are several pages that can be sponsored, ie: divider pages, donations or participation as a sponsor in the Mariner's Circle. Others may wish to place a personal or corporate message in the contributor's section of the book. Send a thank you to a faculty member, wish your child or the Class of 2008 good luck, or let the community know that your business supports Rocky HIll School. Details about sponsorships and messages are available on the Order Form and Price List.

DUE DATES:

Personal Tributes and Commercial Messages range from a full-page to a business card size, and must be received according to the deadline schedule listed below. The yearbook staff welcomes early submissions.

AD SPECIFICATIONS:

• Please follow the specifications outlined in the Layout Specifications.

• For the best results submit original photographs only.  Note: For an additional $10, the Crest staff will design layout and scan photos, artwork and copy for you.

• Please do not submit laser or ink jet printed hard copies, because they do not scan or reproduce well.
