Philosophy
on Education
I feel that the teacher
needs to work along with the family and community to mold the
student into a life long learner. Teaching to me is more than
a job; it is a path of personal growth. Wanting to be a teacher
means wanting to change lives, which gives me the incentive to
try my hardest in everything I do. I feel that having this
intrinsic motivation for success is transferred to my students.
Other qualifications I bring to the classroom are a love of and
dedication to children as well as a desire to make learning experiences
unique and beneficial. I feel that it is very important to recognize
the individual needs of every child and to provide opportunities
for everyone to succeed in a challenging and exciting environment.
