Fourth Graders shared some of their thoughts on Robert Frost's, The Road Not Taken, when their Grandfriends were on hand for the annual pre-Thanksgiving celebration.
Who do you know personally who has taken the road less traveled?
"My grandpa took that road" says Max. "He had to put himself through college and then traveled to a place where no one knew him to start his own business when he was 40."
"My mom," says Troy. "She wakes up so early and gets us ready in the morning and does karate all night long. I think that is hard."
Michael tells us that, "Mrs. Worden has taken the road less traveled because she has decided to be a sculptor instead of doing a regular job."
Dear Grandma and Grandpa,
Thank you for coming to Grandfriend's Day.
The favorite part of the day was the story called, "The Electricity Brain," and that MicroWorlds project called, "Rocket."
I want to go to the Titanic Museum in Massachusetts the next time I visit you.
Love, Jordan
